Marketing Request

The Marketing team will help you promote your events and programming to the campus and outside community.

To ensure that we can effectively communicate your events and programming to the appropriate audience, it’s important to follow these guidelines:

  1. Submit Early: Once your event date and space are confirmed, submit your Marketing Request immediately. Marketing requests require at least three weeks’ notice to allow time for planning, design, approvals, and promotion.
  2. Include ALL Information: Provide details, including event date, time, location, event description, target audience, and other relevant information. The more details we have, the better we can tailor our messaging.
  3. Follow Branding Guidelines: All materials shared publicly must adhere to College branding standards and be approved or created by the Marketing Department.
  4. Approval Process: Please build in time for edits, approvals, and revisions before materials are published or distributed.
