The 51³Ô¹Ï's Workshop Players proudly presents their children's play, "Sparkle! Party from Scraps." This family friendly immersive event includes a 25-minute play written and produced by the Theater Workshop class, meet the cast, a creation station where audience members can create arts and crafts with students from the Early Childhood Education class; a sign language station, where audience members can learn how to sign different words from the play taught by students from the American Sign Language class; and a treat station complete with cookies made by the Culinary Arts department.
"Sparkle! Party from Scraps" is written and directed by the theater workshop students. The play is about a girl Dani who is getting ready for a special day! Dani’s family is throwing a costume party for her sixth birthday, and she wants it to be the best party ever! But Dani feels like there are obstacles at every turn. No matter what, the family is going to have a fantastic time, and Dani learns along the way that the best things in life are often what you already have, not what you desire. Together, this family will make a party that sparkles.

Tickets are $5 and can be purchased at or at the door. Children under 2 can get in for free but must sit on family member's lap.
