General Fee Supports 51勛圖s academic programs, library services, facilities, matters pertaining to student welfare, campus life, and the collegiate environment. $40
Student Services Supports student-centered activities including recreation, cultural programs and others that are integral to a vibrant student life which are available to all students (not charged for Winter/Summer sessions). $20
Technology Fee Covers all technology that the college offers to the students including technology, wireless connections, library, and more. $25

Administrative Withdrawal Fee Charged per course that a student is registered for but does not attend. Non-attendance is provided by the instructor. $50 (per course
Course Materials Fee  Covers some of the cost of materials provided to students during the semester. Any copies that the instructors must make for classroom use, tests, and or exams. $3 (per course)
Lab Fee Charged to the student in conjunction with courses listed in the course descriptions for use of any materials for labs, i.e.: computer, science, automotive, technology, etc. See chart
Late Payment Fee Incurred by a student who does not pay in full or have financial aid in place on time, or has not started and/ kept up with a payment plan. $50
Online Course Fee Covers the extra time that the instructor must take to work with online students along with the technology that goes with it. $100 (per online course)
Returned Check Fee A check was returned to the College for insufficient funds. $50
Transcript Fee Cover the paperwork and the cost of sending the transcript. The first transcript is free.  $5

 

The bookstore voucher is only good for the date of issue. These bookstore charges are limited to books and necessary supplies needed for the class in which the student is enrolled. There is a maximum of $800 at the start of book sales through the 10th day of the semester.

NOTE: IF YOUR BALANCE FOR THE SEMESTER EXCEEDS YOUR FINANCIAL AID, YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THESE CHARGES.

FERPA is a Federal law that is administered by the Family Policy Compliance Office (Office) in the U.S. Department of Education. FERPA applies to all educational agencies and institutions that receive funding under any program administered by the Department. Once a student reaches 18 years of age or attends a postsecondary institution, he or she becomes an eligible student, and all rights formerly given to parents under FERPA transfer to the student. If a student wishes to have someone have access to their financial status they can stop in at the Bursars Office and sign the waiver in person.

NOTE: You must complete a signedFERPA Form and return it to the Bursar's Office, in the Administration Building, for parents/guardians and any third partyif you would like them to have access to your account information.

A paper copywill bemailed to your address on file on January 31st. An electronic copy is available through your. Log in with your student ID and password to view and print the electronic form.

IMPORTANT NOTE REGARDING BOX 1 & 2: In previous years, your 1098-T included a figure in Box 2 that represented the qualified tuition and related expenses (QTRE) we billed to your student account for the calendar (tax) year. Due to a change to institutional reporting requirements under federal law, beginning with the tax year 2018, we will report inBox 1 the amount of QTRE you paid during the year.

Depending on your income (or your family's income, if you are a dependent), whether you were considered full or half-time enrolled, and the amount of your qualified educational expenses for the year, you may be eligible for a federal education tax credit. (You can find detailed information about claiming the education tax credit in IRS Publication 970.)

The dollar amounts reported on your Form 1098-T may assist you in completing IRS Form 8863 - the form used for calculating the education tax credits that a taxpayer may claim as part of your tax return.
