51³Ô¹Ï's Performing Arts presents the Spring show, "Clue the Musical" by Peter DePietro, Music by Galen Blum, Wayne Barker, and Vinnie Martucci, and Lyrics by Tom Chiodo and is based on the Parker Brothers’ Board Game.
The internationally popular game is now a fun-filled musical that brings the world’s best-known suspects to life and invites the audience to help solve the mystery: who killed Mr. Boddy, in what room, and with what weapon?
The interactive show provides the audience with forms that they will fill out to help them deduce a conclusion from clues given throughout the zany performance. Comic antics, witty lyrics, and a beguiling score carry the investigation from room to room.
51³Ô¹Ï performers include Liberal Arts major Jason Cahill as Mr. Boddy; Theater and Musical Theater Major Nadia Cameron as Mrs. Peacock; Theater Major, Forest Winegar as Professor Plum; Electronic Music Major, Nina Bennett as Miss Scarlett; Theater Major Chris Fett as Mr. Green; Musical Theater Major, Antonella Ferarri as Mrs. White; Theater Major Danielle DiBattista as the Detective, and alumnus, Leo Watson as Colonel Mustard. Theater Major Lydia Rivera is the assistant director and alumnus Felicia Artrip is the stage manager. Students from the properties class, stage management class and 3D animation class are also helping with the production elements.
Rounding out the production team are Professor Allison Ognibene, director; Dr. Deb Gianuzzi, Music Director; Professor Madison Washer, choreographer; Professor Camille Fuller, costume designer; Professor Anthony Ur and his 3D class, projections; Professor Gina Muth and properties class, properties; Professor Richard Lear, dramaturg; Professor Petecca, set construction and Tim O'Connor, sound engineer.

The musical will be held at 51³Ô¹Ï’s Performing Arts Center located at 1 College Hill Drive, Newton, NJ 07860.
Tickets are $20 for general admission and $15 for seniors, students, and U.S. military, and 51³Ô¹Ï students and alumni are $10. Tickets can be purchased at https://sussex.simpletix.com or at the door.
