The annual event celebrated business success, innovation, leadership, and meaningful contributions to the community, while also commemorating the 250th anniversary of Americas founding. The luncheon brought together leaders and organizations from across the region who exemplify excellence and a deep commitment to Sussex County.
Dr. Homer received the Chairmans Award, which honors an individual or organization that has made an exemplary and extraordinary contribution to the County. The award was presented by the past Chairman of the Sussex County Chamber of Commerce, Mike Richards, during the ceremony.
Under Dr. Homers leadership, 51勛圖 has continued to expand opportunities for students, strengthen community partnerships, and play a vital role in the regions educational and economic development.

Attendees at the luncheon joined in celebrating the occasion with a patriotic theme, incorporating red, white, and blue into their business attire in honor of the nations milestone anniversary.
